I pulled together Reasons, a fun little "pimp" vid over just a few days. It was created in response to a Live Journal challenge celebrating all that was slashy and wonderful in Pros. Over time, I've discovered this is one of my most popular vids, despite the fact it doesn't follow the classic fan vid format. A couple people had mentioned to me that I should do something similar for Starsky & Hutch. I finally decided to take the plunge. This vid showcases all I love about the show and all the critics have pointed out as being memorable. As with Reasons, I used an instrumental as my backdrop. However, this vid is more gen than slash. I would have loved to have used more of the classic moments from the show--the hug from Gillian, the climax of Survival. Unfortunately, nearly all those scenes had music underscoring them. See if you like what I used instead. And look for the special guest appearance from two other 70's coppers! Pauline, Sheila and Dawn held my hand, and offered valuable assistance. Please note that as of 9/20/08, the downloadable file has been revised. It's got the same scenes, but I ironed out some audio issues that had been bugging the heck out of me. The version uploaded to You Tube has not been changed.
